Newport Pagnell Medical Centre"
Patients will need to click on the link within the text and will be asked to confirm their date of birth. Patients will then be able book an appointment for their Covid vaccine directly.
We hope that by sharing this information with you we can alleviate any concerns you may have when using this system.
Due to the Covid pandemic and vaccination clinics, we have been in contact with Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group, and it has been agreed that we will stop all non-essential services to limit footfall into the building. We will continue to contact patients via telephone triage but will only ask you to attend the practice if the matter is deemed clinically urgent.
If you need medical ADVICE and it cannot wait until the surgery re-opens please call 111, however if you need URGENT medical ATTENTION please call 999. Please look on the website for our self-care link and News section for local Pharmacy opening times
