Legs 11

Legs 11 is an evidence-based service providing treatment, health promotion, education and ongoing care for people in all age groups, who are experiencing leg-related problems eg leg ulceration.

Newport Pagnell Legs 11 meets once a week on Tuesdays from 2 - 4pm, in the Health Education Room.  Attendance is by appointment only.  Transport can be arranged, for a small charge, to and from the Medical Centre and parking is close by.

The Legs 11 staff work in partnership with patients, using best-practice guidelines. They provide a high standard of care in a social, friendly setting, that promotes understanding and peer support. Patients are encouraged to discuss treatment and talk openly about their experience with the nursing team, our valuable volunteers, and other patients who may be experiencing similar conditions. This service is available to registered patients of Newport Pagnell Medical Centre and any patients who are being cared for by the Community Nurses at The Kingfisher Surgery.
